License to Use Our Website

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for your own personal or business purposes, in line with these Terms. This license doesn't give you any ownership over our website, content, or platform — just permission to use them as intended.

Client & User Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information when engaging us — whether that's for a project brief, a proposal, or a LeadPilot account. If you have login access to LeadPilot or any client portal, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know immediately at info@asaninnovators.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Services We Provide

Asan Innovators offers a range of digital solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing: SEO/AEO/GEO, paid advertising, content, and social media management
  • Web & App Development: Websites, mobile apps, and custom software builds
  • AI & Automation: AI-powered tools, chatbots, and workflow automation
  • LeadPilot: Our AI-powered ad management and telecalling platform, covering the Founder, Ad Manager, and Telecaller portals

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are set out in the relevant proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or subscription plan. Where a specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement governs for the relevant engagement.

Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services (including LeadPilot), you agree not to:

  • Use them for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with their normal operation
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense our software or proprietary tools without our written consent
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on our website — text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Asan Innovators or our licensors, and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without our written consent. Unless otherwise agreed in a project SOW, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary software (including LeadPilot). Deliverables created specifically for a client become theirs upon full payment, as specified in that project's SOW.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services are set out in the applicable proposal, SOW, or subscription plan, and are due as specified there. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Asan Innovators is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including — but not limited to — damages arising from errors, service interruptions, third-party platform outages (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads), or data loss.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, client portal, or LeadPilot account if you violate these Terms. Where possible, we'll notify you if this happens. Any engagement-specific termination terms (e.g. for an ongoing marketing retainer or LeadPilot subscription) will follow what's set out in your SOW or subscription agreement.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. We'll post the latest version on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, unless a specific client agreement states otherwise.
